Aonyx were commissioned by a Leading National Property Developer to deliver a high specification AV & Home Automation solution for an Ultra Prime High Rise Apartment building on the South Bank of The River Thames.

The tower completes a trio of buildings on the water, hosting 30 storeys of exclusive apartments with direct views of the Palace of Westminster, Big Ben, The City and beyond. It really is the ultimate Super Prime Central London Waterside address.

Aonyx were tasked with providing an Audio-Visual Entertainment solution throughout the extensive communal facilities of the development (which include an Informal Screening Room, Bowling Alley, Billiards Room, Business Centre and Private Dining Suite), conveniently, simply & centrally controlled by The Estates Management Team.
Also, within the scope of works was to deliver AV & Home Automation solutions for the 23 Penthouse Specification apartments within the upper levels of the building. Residents of each of these opulent apartments enjoy a fully integrated Home Automation and Audio-Visual Entertainment system featuring Smart Lighting, Shading, Climate, Door Entry & Concierge Communication form the convenience of touchscreen, smartphone & tablets.
